Who Are We?

We’re Harvey and Megan, the couple behind Sullivan Tutor Academy, and we’ve built this business from scratch with a simple goal in mind: to offer high-quality, supportive Computer Science tutoring that truly works for families.

We know how stressful the GCSE years can be. We also know that with the right guidance, structure, and encouragement, students don’t just pass – they thrive. That’s why we’ve combined our strengths, experiences, and a lot of heart to build a tutoring model that goes beyond the basics.

Harvey Sullivan
Director of Teaching & Learning


Harvey is the sole tutor at Sullivan Tutor Academy and leads on all things curriculum and student learning. He lives and breathes Computer Science education and has a deep understanding of what makes a lesson powerful and memorable.


Harvey crafts each part of the course – from lesson design to homework assignments and progress feedback.

His approach is calm, clear, and supportive. Harvey doesn’t just teach to the test – he teaches for understanding. His goal is to help students build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and feel genuinely proud of their progress.

Megan Jones
Director of Operations


Megan works behind the scenes to make sure every family has a smooth, responsive experience. From scheduling consultations and managing enrolment to tracking student progress and communicating with parents; Megan ensures the academy runs with care and clarity.

She also oversees communication systems and customer support,
so when you get in touch, it’s likely Megan who replies!

Why we started

We’re not a big company. We’re two people, partners in life and now in business, who care deeply about education and wellbeing. We saw how many students were being left behind in Computer Science: overwhelmed by the content, unsupported in school, or just unsure of where to begin.

We decided to do something about it.

Sullivan Tutor Academy is our way of making high-quality tutoring accessible. It’s not about churning out grades - it’s about helping young people feel capable and confident in a subject that’s shaping their future.
